Pros
Helpful seniors. Your manager is from a technical background so its easier for you to communicate with him. You get tasks directly from your manager or boss (which is a good thing). Their work culture instills discipline. No such thing as office politics. You'll do fine if you get the job done.
Cons
This company relies indefinitely on Microsoft stack to develop and deploy their products (can be a good or bad thing, depending on what your goals are)
