Favoritism, micromanage, turn a blind eye on a lot things. Lack of safety. This location does not follow NFPA or EEC code/recommendations. It is like the wild west. EPA is another issue but I will leave as that.
Descent pay, work like balance is fair, there are certain members in the management team that care and see's the overall picture but is limited to what they can address.

Double standard, inconsistency, mixed messages, have no clue in setting priorities, lack of communication.
