I like the members of my team and the fact that everyone always pitches in to help each other out, "no job is too big or too small attitude". I also love that we get to work from home at least 1 day a week and that my managers are very supportive and flexible if I need to switch days in order to work better with my schedule.

Working at Met Council, I feel that I am respected and treated with dignity, both by the other staff members and by the clients. I really value how much Met Council takes care of its workers. Additionally, after attending the Staff Retreat and getting to meet everyone in person, I felt very inspired by the executive team's high level of conscientiousness—it left me with a feeling that I am truly in good hands. This feeling, in turn, inspires me to continue to be diligent in my work and in my duties, with the hopes that I can help contribute to Met Council's reputation of excellence.
