Toxic environment

Pros

Product discounts on all Wolverine brands.

Cons

Soul-sucking environment, robotic (elitist) leadership that gets away with screaming in meetings to intimidate and humiliate, creating a toxic environment of disloyalty amongst teams. Top down leadership does not support women - entire product and sales team is lead by all men. Do not move to MI for the job unless you intend for this to be a 1-3 year gig. They do not support outsiders.

Long busy days sometimes, but always within expected times and paid fairly. Occasional slow day can get monotonous.

Inclusive employer!

Pros

You are allowed to be yourself, you are empowered to make decisions and you get strong corporate support.

Cons

Working all but one weekend a month, mall hours are sometimes long depending on the mall you work in. Sometimes you only have one or two full time team members in addition to yourself and that can be difficult to staff.
