The environment is very cliquey had has high turnover. If you aren't friends with someone in upper management good luck on getting an sort of promotion. The Case management administration knows this has gone on for years and does nothing about it. I highly doubt they even take feedback from exit interviews seriously. Most people don't make it to the 3 year mark at this job.
