      * Good payment for Argentina * Good people working there

      Cons

      * It's acceptable for this company for you to work 24/7, never sleep, never have a life. * Payment is en pesos argentinos, so your salary is devalued even tho your work is valued in USD dollars. * It's hard to get a promotion, meritocracy is not accepted.

      Pros

      Energetic, thriving company, large projects with 40+ million users. Great benefits, remote / hybrid options (offices are great and comfortable). More than competetive salary.

      Cons

      Agile = waterfll in sprints; quite some pressure to develop features ASAP. Management rewards visible work (not necessarily extensive testing, refinements or refactors), which is what leads to promotions. You'll need to become visible and do more networking than actual coding if you want to get ahead.
