      There is no pro only cons

      Cons

      Every thing about work nd culture is bad here. Please do not join even they offer you anything .No support. HR is always absent or working from home. When other go for WFH she refuses. Admin blames us for every other thing. CEO and Co founder do nothing but chit chat in the cabin

      Lot of work you will do your pending tasks even on sundays , a perfect work balance you might remember 🙂 , 6 day a week

      Cons

      I worked from almost 2 years , in the name of increment they delayed for 3-4 months , on which the 15 % of your salary is based on performance, which will never come to you hand , harsh reality
