If you are not male, you don't get response. Male especially Japanese male can make any mistakes, but female can't!

good flex working time. good place . tiny work items but you can get soso salary. and good teamwork.

Cons

middle technical skill and slow decision by upper class. And frequently some project was postpone by being not enough analysis the delay reason.
