Great coworkers and front office leadership team, Positive work environment, great place to start a tech support caterer, many roles creates a fantastic resume and broadens your skillet

Cons

Megapath pays severely undermarket, because of this they constantly lose employees and have to recruit new reps frequently. A side effect of this is poor customer service due to lack of tenure, leading to high customer churn, more escalations and more employee Churn

Nothing positive to say about the Seattle location.

Cons

The worst HR EVER!! So unprofessional and has a hand in every part of the office operations but fail to complete HR work. Never response to emails. 90% of the employees have nothing nice to say about our HR. People have actually left the company because of HR. HR has a bad rep at our location as well as our offices in California. I invite anyone to interview any employee of MegaPath about our Seattle HR

Good PTO plan Management is clueless so you can totally fail and keep your job Great place to take advantage of while geting certs and a real job

Cons

Horrible management Nobody appears to know how to use any systems We don't actually do anything, just send the issue to another company to work No accountability
