It's alot to do so you will always be busy! Not all upper management is disrespectful
Cons
Cultural difference that's where the work place is attacked ethically. They will offer to give you a raise in six months but most likely try to fire you under the 90day probational period. The superintendents are just tacky! HR doesn't really follow up with what needs to be done.
