Where do I start? So what I mean by guilty until proven innocent is you will see others getting up to all sorts like on their phone,talking, snacks at the desk ect but you so much as pull out your phone to get bank details for HR they will be on you like a ton of bricks. This is what you must know before you start: new starters walk in and out like its revolving doors because they want to see you produce results the moment you walk in or you will be out. Lets be honest recruitment does require a build up period but not here. Also medical recruitment is taking a real hit so its not as profitable.
