      Pros

      Work independently, there is nothing else to consider pros. No good health insurance. Very low Salary. High expectations, leaders don’t have any Leadership skills. They would promote anybody even if she has no people skills.

      Cons

      No room for growth unless you’re related to leadership, poor training. No guidance. Poor administration and terrible process.
