Before I came to MedKoder, I was just a number. I never feel like that here. I had never really worked remote before so I was not sure what to expect. I have never really felt like I was remote. Everyone is just a phone call away and are always willing to help out. Even when I am having a bad day, my manager takes time from her work to help me out and work out whatever issue I am having. I have never worked for a company that made me feel that way. I actually lowered my daily stress level at this job. It took me awhile to actually get this job but it was so worth the wait.

Have you ever worked for a company that wanted you to succeed in your career goals that they actually put their resources into making that happen? Well, I work for such a company. Their motto is "Make It Happen" and they are living up to that, which has a trickle down effect on us as employees. I can not say enough good things about things about this company. High moral ethics, fairness and true team atmosphere to name a few. Not only does the company have the best interest of its clients, but also its employees. I was hired as a Coder III and from the very start I was impressed with the leadership of the company. My preemployment interview with the VP of the company solidified the decision that this was the best choice. She listened to where I wanted my career to go and immediately acted on it. For me, this said a lot about the integrity of Medkoder. Whether I make it or not is totally up to me because they have given me the resources to do it and I am very grateful. The company has a very knowledgeable team of supervisors and employees who helped me out greatly during the transition to the client. They also have an excellent benefits package with a fully employer funded family medical insurance plan. MedKoder is a very professional, growing and solid establishment that I absolutely enjoy working for.
