Great for short term not for long term

Pros
Cowokers are all extremly nice. Overtime is offered often. Benifits are good. Feels like meaningful work.
Cons
You can get more tasks with no pay raise only title changes. Management does not communicate efficiently with each other. One supervisor told me that I would be most likely fine to take a vacation and then a day before the vacation another supervisor said that if I went on it I would be quiting.

Pros
Management was easy to get along with, enjoyed what I was doing. Lots of overtime available.
Cons
So many hours, you won’t have much of a life left. You’ll never get a raise no matter how good of a job you do. Drivers just don’t get them.
