Toxic management Low pay No acceleration False promises No incentives

High work load on a very stressful environment. Manager/supervisor are clueless on what to do. Micromanaging your day everyday. Pay is minimum for what one does. You have to plea to get a few pennies worth a raise. No consideration to employee who have no power. Work and efforts are unappreciated. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Workload can be challenging oftentimes, but can be overcome with grit and passion for learning.

Some managers speak to you very disrespectfully and condescending as if you are an invalid, and when you report them you are reminded by their superior that they have known them a very long time, a Clear indication that nothing will be done. HR is also part of the nepotistic equation. You will be written up if you stand up for yourself.
