Overall, very mentally draining, primarily due to the atmosphere management created. Management was always unavailable and there was little to no communication and never any clear directives. Management offloads tasks and then micromanages you. They preach about quality, but it's clearly quantity over quality. High turnover rate, but as the saying goes, people don't quit jobs, they quit managers.

I’m was lucky enough to have an excellent manager. Unfortunately, most employees get transferred from one project to another and don’t have that same experience.

Micro managing from internal and external people. Quota is set too high to do the job the way it should be done the first time around, given what we have to work with. Then your QA is affected because you didn’t have the time to do it right. Overall company communication is good, but departmental level is not.

Can only work at max 35 hours/week. Unless you do lots of overtime to make up. They focus a lot on productivity, not good for someone who's easily stressed.

Everything else. From HR to Managers to Upper Management. It is not a company where one grows more does the company itself. It Nicole and dimes EVERYTHING. Plus they ask you to work, but the "older tenured" folks hog everything to themselves. You go in thinking you'll be contributing and they sideline you. WORST job I EVER had in my life.
