      - Growing Phase, - The company location is good, outside of Naperville. Good area for living

      Cons

      - Micromanagement, - Lack of overall management. - Salary is poor compared to other similar companies. - Frequent tests and qualification exams to determine performance even when you are busy at work, - Travel is frequent. Was up to 30% when the contract was signed, but will be up to 60/70%. - Non-flexible work hours require punching in and out with a fingerprint. - Surveillance camera to monitor productivity.

      The company culture is truly remarkable. There's a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration across all departments. Everyone is willing to lend a hand, whether it's helping with a project or sharing knowledge. The open - door policy allows employees to communicate directly with managers, which makes the work environment very transparent. For example, during a recent project, the entire team came together to meet a tight deadline. We had daily stand - up meetings where everyone could voice their concerns and ideas, and it was amazing to see how quickly we were able to solve problems as a group.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rapid pace, which means the overall work pressure here is relatively high. As a result, the workload is quite heavy and our schedules are usually packed. With the business expanding so quickly, there are always tight deadlines and numerous tasks to complete. For example, during peak project periods, I often find myself working extra hours to meet the requirements. It can be challenging to strike a perfect balance between personal and professional life.
