      Good pay, but comes at a price.

      Cons

      Awful agency culture. Bullying senior management. Disgusting, disgusting people who run this company. Including a 'creative director' who earns more than 5 people put together despite being an inexperienced bully.

      Some supportive members of the team, good clients, fun events.

      Cons

      The company did not provide tech and had to work off a personal laptop and phone which must be a GDPR issue for clients. As a junior, I was not managed or supported in this role, the workload is not manageable either and the agency has a cliquey culture.

      A fast-growing and enthusiastic team who are great to work with, delivering strong work for a growing pool of stand-out hospitality clients. Flexible working with a strong work culture and opportunities to grow your career.

      Cons

      Agency life, especially working within the hospitality sector, can be full-on, fast-paced and with lots of changing priorities. But its always fun and no two days are the same.
