Pros
My team is great, although they're extremely overwhelmed.
Cons
- we got a raise this year only for the company to conduct layoffs. the raise was only enough to cover the insurance increase - no bonus - does not pay maternity leave - senior management does not no what they are doing - impossible to trust management (they say one thing and then come back a few months later and do another) - it does not matter if you have worked here for 5 years or 40, they will drop you without a second thought. - no advancement
