Work life balance : what's that ?
You will end up working even till 12AM if you dont meet their submittal targets.
So called official closure time is 7.30pm, but fellow employees stare at you like you murdered someone if you try to leave before atleast 8.30pm.
Since they deal with clients from USA work starts arriving at evening so you're Screwed when trying to leave at time.
Too much office politics, 99% Team leads & coordinators are South indians (kerela to be precise)
Now i can write s load of things against them but i don't think it will do any good for me or person reading this.
Minimal pay - I literally saw atleast a dozen of coworkers leave this job due to low pay & poor work life balance.
Nothing more to talk about. its full of jokers, the HR guy has no clue about your job or your difficulties he will just give you manipulating answers everytime you talk to him
