      Pros

      Some very nice people. Easy work and a free yearly trip to Germany. No QA reviews.

      Cons

      Product quality is bad, customers complain price is too high. Leadership is very high ego and becoming extreme. Extreme favoritism at executive level.

      Good but be careful

      If you can stay clear of management politics (2 people causing it), the teams are made up of genuinely nice people to work with.

      Cons

      The management is poor.. they seem to promote only “their friends”.
