Pros
Great if you need experience into the work field! Love all the employees and it's overall helped me with public speaking since i've had to teach a bunch of elementary students

Not enough pay for the amount of work we put in as teachers

There is a lot to learn from other mentors in different fields, you get a lot of students that will make you love your job because of how happy they get when they see finished projects.
Cons
Very poorly managed, pay is not great, Los Alamitos location needs a lot of work. The manager there is very pushy and demanding. Expect a lot of after hour calls and text messages from her. Can get very annoying considering you are only getting paid minimum wage.
