Pros

Management never expects their flaws or mistakes. Always try to rule over hired employees, which usually don't work with smart people like me. Buttering skills are mandatory for good reviews & salary increments instead of technical skills.

Cons

Low salaries for smart working people. While annual review for salary increment, feedback and reviews are taken from such people those who don't even stands near around your skills knowledge. All they notify you about are your flaws, like you don't know this, and you don't know that, moreover that doesn't matter even if anyone above your level don't knows 'abcd' of your skills. Though, they say few good buttering words as well, but overall they just keep you holding down like slaves with cheap wages.

Pros

Big words shouters. Treat you well till you follow their orders. Good environment to learn sweet friendly fire politics. From lower to top management, all are involved. Shameless management team, specially HR department & CEO too. Never hesitate to go beyond any cheap limits when it comes to save themselves. For management, money & profit matters more then their employees.

Cons

No cons to share as nothing gonna work on such shameless creatures those have no humanity. All they have are big words. If we want to describe their cons then might be this section will be quite small to add all of them.

Thank you for your comments. Clearly, you had a bad time keeping your job at Srijan. You see, incompetence only upto a certain level can be tolerated. We move people around, give them opportunity after opportunity hoping to help our people scale up. Firing is the last resort usually. Even when we have to fire people, we give a notice period more than the legally agreed period in our empoyment contract, to ensure people who've worked with us do not go through very rough times. Anyway, i hope you've found a much better company to work in, and are happy! Good luck! The Pathetic CEO (you worked for), Rahul

Pros

- diverse group of smart and strong individuals, from associate level all the way up to senior VPs. Many different skillsets, perspectives, and backgrounds.

Cons

There is embarrassingly incompetent senior management. The CEO change has turned a once productive work environment into a toxic environment. There were issues several years ago, but a strong work culture was established the last 2-3 years - but that has been deleted in the past year with the new senior management. The CEO takes no responsibility for bad decision that cost the company and led to multiple rounds of layoffs and a seemingly never-ending freeze on promotions, bonuses, and raises. Senior management also made poor decisions on the structure of business units, which has led to a visible drop in morale and growth opportunities. These things have made negative impacts on work/life balance and had a huge negative effect on the effectiveness, efficiency, and communication on business units. The CEO has zero self awareness, is a terrible communicator, and has continuously demonstrated that he does not have a game plan to take the company out the hole. To top it all off, the tactlessness of senior management destroys company morale - it was on full display when they told people to "focus on personal growth instead of our salaries" when telling the whole company that there will be an indefinite freeze on all promotions, bonuses, and raises.
