      Machinists are a good group of people with great morale and work ethic.

      Cons

      The company is poorly managed. Emotion dictates decisions not data or business analysis, or planning. Not paying employees, vendors, UPS or FEDEX, insurance premiums, service companies for maintenance, safety consultants.
