I learned a lot about programming basics, debugging, and working in a team environment. The onboarding process was smooth and helped me understand the project structure quickly. Seniors are approachable and help in resolving issues. I got to work on small modules which gradually improved my confidence. The company is good for beginners who want to start their career in IT and gain practical exposure rather than just theoretical knowledge.

Frequent software upgrades prove to be a bit overwhelming for me to handle.
