Pros

Good coffee in the break room.

Cons

Zero work/ life balance, constant micromanagement, culture is terrible. "People proud" is a corporate catch phrase, not something they live up to.

Pros

During my time with Mastercorp, I appreciated having the freedom to manage my book of business how I saw fit. New recruitment ideas were encouraged and supported. I was not micro-managed.

Cons

Culture stinks. Often felt like I was playing Survivor.

Pros

Great People, strong culture, 41+ years of experience, company Values - Integrity, Pride, Quality, Dependability and RESPECT. The company gives associates a voice through People Pulse surveys, Regional Housekeeping Councils, MasterTalks, MCTV, etc. Offer flexibility in scheduling to build a job that meets each persons needs. Paid for performance - you control the outcome.

Cons

It is very hard work and at times there is a lot of pressure to get the units done on time, especially on heavy turn days. The majority of MasterCorp's leaders are great people who truly care about their teams - some are better at communicating and listening than others - something MasterCorp is working to address.
