      *One of the great package in market. *Lot of trainings from manufacturers around the world. *Great support from management to grow career. *Individual attention from HR dept. *Personal finance support to its employees and charity.

      *Tight and sudden schedules. Its the nature of the field and job profile. Good thing is, company pays and appreciates for each extra minute spend for the job to be done.
