Morale is horrible, everyone is worried about losing their job. 3 presidents in the last 2 years. Over a dozen VPs and directors with years of industry experience fired with no equivalent talent replacement. Outside management brought in to micromanage employees, treat them as if they do not know how to do their jobs. Squeezing customers for extra pennies anywhere possible. Have failed to improve customer service and hold times are extraordinary. The backlash is going to be fantastic.

After lay offs the company turned to eliminating older higher paid employees Executives and CEO have had numerous changes in the past two years leaving employee nervous about job security. They company used to have many team building activities, but these have gone away.
