Emotion management: This company does not employ logical management skills. Instead, it relies on hard pushing with no clear scope or working cycle. Teammates need to follow the department head's new ideas every day. Your team head is just like any other teammate. When seeking help, you may feel helpless as no one will assist you and will only blame you for not being able to handle the issues. No training. Very low salary increments compared to the market, resulting in the hiring of employees with limited skills and experience. No senior Project Managers, as they have all resigned. Workflow is a complete mess. There is no handover process, and cases are assigned without any knowledge transfer. You are often notified to handle tasks without adequate information. Bad culture: Almost 15 employees have resigned this year, despite the company not being a large SI (Systems Integrator) firm. Handled a government project with very poor results—specifically the HKeAA project. There was no real load testing before production, causing system failures that impacted all HK DSE students. This issue even led to court attendance for legal proceedings.
