      - MarketMan feels like a family to me - Flat organization structure - Fast growing - Challenging tasks - Work life balance is great

      - Tasks are not always clear enough, and sometimes you have to ask product and managers questions to understand exactly what needed to be done

      Strong product in an interesting field.

      Cons

      Mixed messages and directions from leadership occur constantly. While the company speaks about valuing their employees, since being acquired by it’s parent company MealTicket it is more concerned about laying off staff than it is fixing its internal issues. Company does not have sufficient lead volume to support its sales people and rejects new ideas to help bolster demand.

      Big gap in salary between 2 people with similar experience and expertise When my role changed, they did not give me a new contract with my deliverables and responsibilities clearly laid out.
