Pros
Modern office, central location, central location, work contract, shares food.
Cons
Everyone is family-related there (brothers, cousins, brothers-in-law). Literally no opportunities to develop yourself and bad English level of the most of managers together with lack of management vision and people skills. Chaos, stressed employees, no transparency and the most aggressive approach from management level to staff level. Lots of pressure encouraged but even them, don't have any idea what and why are doing what they're doing.
