Actually there is not a single one.
Cons
You are not going to find meritocracy or high salaries there. In fact this is one of the worst companies in Greece. Working conditions are totally toxic and bad behavior is the top subject on everyday agenda. Ask around for a confirmation of the above. Former or current employees who have worked in the headquarters. Not the ones who are already working in a store. Things in stores might be different.
