Very little room for advancement with no appreciation from the guys making the real money while staying clean and making the tech's lives hell (the salesmen). "Sure, Mr. Rosenberg, if you buy this two million dollar yacht, our guys will have it ready to go in two days for you! No problem!" Then the hell begins. Psychopathic moron managers start screaming and the sh%t show begins. Wash, rinse, repeat.
