      It’s an unreasonable and exploitative working environment.

      Pros

      On the bright side, the frontline staff have a good relationship and support each other.

      Cons

      The company is extremely harsh. When business is good, they raise the sales target but reduce the commission — it doesn’t make any sense and is unheard of. Management never listens to any feedback, often, even on your day off, you’re required to return to the office for training.

      Pros

      International exposure, great culture in most teams overseas, unfortunately Australia is an exception.

      Cons

      Rude/ unprofessional co-workers who are supported by upper management, this should explain it all.

      Outstanding product in Home interiors and great reputation in mid-century modern design

      Cons

      Disorganized, no discernible long-term strategy so very reactive instead of pro-active, say they support women but they actually don't in practice when there are male hires, more interested in reporting skills than actual sales goals, do not understand or appreciate their own intrinsic value as a brand so constantly try to be something they are not.
