great company the earning potential is fantastic its a realistic wage of £1K & £1500 a week I received training from start to finish we listen to call learn objection handles its been great the staff are very nice warm and friendly great buzz music on deal bell on the wall cash incentives the manager put £50 cash up for next deal and the xmas do is a boxing event really great company to work have never looked back and im happy to get into management here
