Poor salary. No room to grow. Terrible technologies. Redundant processes that wastes everybody's time. Dishonest upper-management.

The company is highly flexible when it comes to remote work. Colleagues are very friendly, easy to get along with, and foster a cooperative rather than a competitive environment.

Cons

The company, in times of good performance, embarked on reckless expansion, leading to frequent layoffs at the slightest market turbulence. The company does not adhere to the use of collective agreements.

Low requirements to get a job (suspiciously low).

Cons

-People in charge are just freestyling their way because of lack of specific needed experience. -Company wastes money and time, and later uses that us en excuse, for example as a reason for not giving a promised bonuses. -And since management is making poor decisions - here is no one to police management actions. -Faking "professional" image is prioritiesed before efficiency and productivity
