      Good company for 5+ years experienced guys

      Five working days ,2-11 is working hours, weekly dinner and tiffin facilities.

      Cons

      Not good for junior level guys, lack of encouragement and opertunities.

      Pros

      Product based company and have good chance to grow. Nice work environment. Drop facilities who leaves late night (through reimbursement). Very flat structure. Company provides dinners. Offers good package to deserve candidates. Flexible timing. Work from home (occasionally).

      Cons

      Till date there is no HR policy. Don't expect good salary hike. CEO interferes every decision whether it is technical, management or admin. Hire & fire but rare.

      No career scope, lack of opportunity - very ordinary company

      Salary in time, weekly dinner.

      Cons

      No career growth. No job security, number of employees hired and within 3, 4 months terminated without any reason. Do not expect a good salary increment and never get it in time. No coordination from senior management. Very odd office timing of 2pm to 11pm which always extends till 12 at night and they do not give any drop facility.
