Pros

Family-owned company with good benefits for the employees. Colleagues are very cooperative and friendly.

Cons

Directors don't know how to improve process, they demand improvement from teams, but don't provide solutions or direction. Different departments working independently to reach goals without a common goal or roadmap. One of my managers focus often on presentations and review them daily for up to a month. Lack of management skills from her part.

produits de qualite et ambiance d equipe en region qui depend du chef, tres sympa pour moi. J'ai travaillé 6 mois au siege a Gonesse : ambiance tres bizzare, personne ne se dit bonjour. La bienvaillance est uniquement sur le papier mais Les managers imposent de la pression et un management par la crainte. A eviter hors region pour moi
