None. Until and unless u have the dream of destroying your own career with your bare hands... I would not recommend anyone to join. If you wanna tourcher your self and work like and idiot ... Join this company. If you take a single leave the result is scolding and money deduction. If you work overtime and even if u work on satrday and Sunday or all through night. NO RECOGNITION , NO COMPENSATION.

Any promises made at the time of joining are not fulfilled. Ppl are dying to leave this company - can't comment why... U can understand. No work life balance. No satisfaction. Management is a big time no. Please for your own sake don't sign any bond... Cuz then u'll be stuck like me ( it was tourcher )
