Pros
First Of All- Forced to give single rating because i got to review it otherwise it would have been in NEGATIVE!!! You will get a glimpse of POLITICS in the company because its actually played at CEO's level so you could take up a lot of ideas and use it for your own purpose when you move on because such cheap tricks are the USP of the company and obviously it will take you forward(nowhere) in life... Good job! Kudos!!!
Cons
Whole lot of list is there but i will try to potray as much as i can because hopefully i might save some lives. 1. No Etiquette!!! Literaly no manners how to treat your employees. They ridiculously speak to you as if by givibg job they have own you. 2. Working in night shifts here are actually regular shift timings here, although management thinks that. 3. They call you at night on your cellphone and wake you up because their client cannot wait. The best thing is they dont even care about your sleep about your life even if its 3 am in the night 4. They make you sign the employment bond for three years, upon breaching it you got to pay Rs1lac as a compensation and if you disagree(dare to do that) they will threaten you about not releasing your experience letter/ clearenxe certificate. ADVICE- According to Indian Laws Employment Bond is not Legal In India, in case you dont know it and if somebody files a complaint against it then..... 5. In this compny you work in so many different technologies and so many different domains that you actually fiorget what you have been hired for(which is agood thing) but it should be right of employee if he wants to work in totally different and new technology instead delibrately imposing it on him. Story goes on....
