Unqualified management. Toxic and manipulative bosses, managed by fear and sabotage employees on purpose; treat employee as disposable. favoritism is common, a specific director leads and encourage bullying within the team. Political and butter-up culture.

- AMAZING products - Discount on products while employed - Area managers are good at hiring employees to maintain a positive culture - Most employees are amazing to work with - In-store environment is laid-back and casual

Cons

- Owners do not properly compensate their employees for their work - Employees that have worked for the company for 2+ years are not shown recognition or respect - Employees care too much about their jobs to be treated the way they are - Little to no opportunity to move-up in the company; rarely hire within - Employees are not given tools/training to further their skills

I enjoyed working with the other sales associates. Decent pay for retail. The shop managers are all great, can't say the same for upper management. Founders Matthew and Andrew are very nice and will take us out to dinner occasionally and they take the time to get to know us all on a personal level! However, they are no longer company owners.

Cons

Where to start... -Late pay and several missed meal violations. -Missed holiday pay. -HR rep is not familiar with the employee handbook. I had to email them screenshots of the provided employee handbook to back up some of the violations I needed the company to resolve. -OSHA violations (they don't even provide water for employees) -This company is no longer family-owned. The new corporate structure makes working here a nightmare. All they care about is money but they under staff stores which makes it difficult to make the store sales goal.
