      Great before MBSB was involved.

      Pros

      Was great, before MBSB was involved. Very good work-life balance in my department, which in other banks can be quite stressful. But admittedly they're learning from their mistakes.

      Cons

      Just disappointed in increment, bonus even though we did a great job.
