      Cake every month Set schedule Some of the people you work with Sometimes free samples

      Cons

      Management and owner They like to act like they are one big family but they could care less. The work load is constantly too much but they always want you to do more and faster. Management doesn't care about the quality of the products. When raises came, the HR had the audacity to tell us not to tell anyone which is ILLEGAL. Run, don't walk from this job. Also, crappy benefits and monthly pay which sucked

      people you work close with are friendly monthly birthday celebrations

      Cons

      management put so much unrealistic pressure on you to get work done. and when you have complaints they never listen or deal with any problems doesn't pay anywhere near enough for the amount of work you need to do so they can never hire enough people
