Good Pay Good People Good Leaders

This is an excellent company to work for and even though I was laid off due to a lack of work, I have to say that in all of my adult life, I honestly don't think I can recall ever working for a company who truly had honest and caring folks as a part of their HR the way that Majorel USA, Inc actually does. When they called the meeting for all of us to come to so that they could tell us the news that we were being laid off, you could genuinely see that it hurt the VP and those who were directly under the VP just as much as it hurt those of us who were just learning that as of November 13, 2021 that we would no longer have a job. They are some of the most sincere people to work for and I would highly recommend working for this company if you are ever given the oppertunity. Richard Olivas was my HR manager and he was as genuine as anyone I have ever met and even months after my job had ended, I sent him an email because I was needing the separation paper that was given to all of us employees that day and within the hour, Mr. Olivas had responded to my email and had included the document that I had emailed him about. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the pay was very good as well. I started out at $14.75 per hour and was given a 40 hour work schedule every single week. My team leaders were also great! This company is 100% in my opinion!
