Pros
There was a great group of people there when I first started and the leasing position was wonderful. A great schedule and nice compensation for all the driving.
Cons
It is a family company, meaning that family members get promoted before others.

Pros
Co-workers rally together and feel like a family environment because the owner and current management are so bad. They used to have a great principal broker but she's no longer there and everything has gone downhill since she left. Oh wait, this was supposed the pros...
Cons
The pay is low and the benefits are horrible. The owner and management are passive/aggressive avoiding problems until they can't anymore. It's very hands-off but once they have to get involved with something then you're treated like a child and yelled at in front of everyone. The nepotism is ridiculous and there is no accountability or requirements to justify their income.
