Drivers are hard working and fun to be around.

Pay isn't great. Expected to do 2 jobs for the a salary way below the market. Benefits are a joke.

You have to go through an extensive interview process where you have to first interview with the Director of Operations and then with the President/Owner of the company. You get: No Training Toxic work environment/Coworkers $18 per hour 10 hour shifts Tuesday-Saturday No benefits No Future No work life balance The company has all kinds of shady practices I can't stress it enough stay away from this company!
