      Pros

      The work is genuinely impactful, which makes the day-to-day feel meaningful. Strong teammates and a welcoming culture. People are friendly, helpful, and management is approachable and listens. Competitive pay/benefits and a modern, air-conditioned, well-lit facility that’s kept clean. Continuous investment in tooling and equipment with a culture of ongoing improvement. PTO is solid.

      Cons

      Frequent painful changes. Stuff breaks with high degree of urgency. Lots of home-grown complex internal software, which has pros and cons; when it breaks it's up to us (and only us) to fix it. Team members can be spread thin at times. Location.

      Don't believe any of the positive reviews on here about this company. They are all written by the owners who are trying to skew their ratings on Glassdoor....WE SEE RIGHT THROUGH IT. You know who I am talking about. Long hours, big brother always watching over your shoulder,.low pay and no work life balance. The culture is horrible, but the people on the floor are good people.
