      Pros

      Flexible working hours, independent work, good for junior who want to learn fast

      Cons

      Very low salary for senior people in some countries, the Management doesn't care about rewarding employees so it's hard to grow and get salary increase ,( depending on the country). No serious criteria about volume of work vs compensation package and career level, management cares only to get the job done High attrition as everyone seems to be disposable

      Pros

      there is no pros in this studio. (I can say that because I have 10 years of exp. in the industry and worked with multiple international studios) only you will get WFH all the time but that is the worst part for this studio coz.. I almost worked with them for a year and I had never ever seen any project run in the correct direction. all the projects are run on trial bases or prototype. there has 4 projects been shut down without any intimation or notice and the investors also pulling themself out. so you never know that what happen Inside they never let you know that if you working from home. on top of that they are not doing quality work their client base is belongs to NFT things. DO NOT go for this studio.

      Management is abysmal. This company is very close to shutting down.
