After completing 1 year in the Digital Skilling project, many employees are removed under the reason of “PCL” (Project Closure). Basic salary is reduced by around ₹2,000–₹6,000 before being deposited into employee accounts. Poor HR response and lack of proper communication. High employee turnover due to work pressure and management issues. Trainers and Mobilizers face significant mental pressure and workload stress. Lack of job security and career growth opportunities.
