This company is utter chaos. There is a lot of miscommunication between departments which leads to confusion and unattainable deadlines and timelines. This often develops into unpaid extra hours. No time managing tools, pirated software... Everyone has an opinion but in the end only the family ones matter. They demand you to do the 5 or 6 opinions from every department and then proceed to disregard everything by belittling your work, shelving it in case they decided they like it now. They never let the professionals they hired do their job, going as far as to verbally abuse them in impromptu meetings, humiliating their work and crushing their spirits, as if the CEO had some need to assert his dominance through violence. Do not expect salary raises or recognition inside this company, because you will never get it and even be mocked for asking. There are huge salary differences between teammates and the higher-ups do not want their employees to know.

The "new" building is isolated from the civilization. If you go by car you will be trapped in the middle of a jam. If you go by public transport you will suffer the public system failing almost everyday. And you will have to survive 10-20 min walking between rondabouts full of angry drivers that doesn't care if you sre crossing correctly the road. You will have to deal with the lack of organization system that they have in the company. Making changes constantly and not knowing who is the person you should obey to apply their feedback. You also have to deal with some temperamental issues that people in high positions have. They continue using pirate software. You don't have mental health insurance. Not paid extra hours. Low salaries.
